Bad customer service

Disappointed with tge service received from Game stores in Evaton Mall(Vaal). A Thomas Mmethi announced that there was a Rama spread sale where they were giving iut 4×1kg Ramas as they had ordered more than was supposed to be ordered. He gave 4 Ramas then another customer appeared out of nowhere and claimed the spread to bevhis. Thomas Mmethi then said he was coming with more Rama and he disappeared at the back and never came back. An expectation was created and they never dekivered. Poor service and it is not the first time something like this happens at Game Stores where customers are taken for granted.
