Bad Customer Service

On 29 March at 18:08 I went to Game stores in Alberton City and bought my 8 year old son a retro pocket console worth R349. When we arrived at home the game screen was blurry on the left and clear on the right side. I took it back to the store the next morning and the manager by the name of Kavesh accused me of having broken the screen on purpose before even examining it, he was shouting saying in his experience the game was dropped and I asked him how was that possible because I bought the game late and he said it doesn't matter. He didn't wanna listen to me and kept telling about his experience with phones whereas this is not a phone. The game was not dropped, and there were no marks on the screen or behind the cover to indicate any force that might have caused the screen to be blurry. I can't imagine the trauma caused to my son when he learned that he was not getting his game as promised and I couldn't find a better explanation for him. KAVESH was very rude to me infront of my son and made me wish I should have never walked into game store that night. He later told the service agent to book it. I am very angry and disgusted with the service received because the store does not practice what they preach. The sales person said I get return or exchange within 7 days if I'm not happy with it. I cannot wait for 21 days for the game because my son needs it now. I don't want to deal with the store and want my money back asap.
