Bad customer service,

Two weeks ago game had there tv special, I spent quite a large amount , I needed a 5 stage water filter system the chap in charge of the department said they sold out but would order one , he wrote down my Information and would call in a week switch he did yo say the item arrived I can collect , havi g traveled to JHB u said I would collect on Friday last week, I only managed to get to game on Tuesday this week to collect, I was told they did not get any stock and the chap I arrange with was on leave , game phones him and I was told that the rep did not deliver, the game chap told me to go to builders Express as they had , well when I asked builders they said they have never stocked the water filtration system and game often push customers to then know that they don't stock the items in question, why did the chap from fame photo me to say they got the water filtration when he knew it had not arrived, I was going g to pick one up in JHB but I did not because I committed to game at the south coast mall , I am very disappointed and I now sit with no filtered water .I feel that I wasted my time and effort, I should have picked what I required in JHB , not very good customer service
