Bad customer service

I went to the game store at east gate mall at Bedfordview, I went to game store early in the morning requesting help with credit application there was no one to help me. I went to this other he was not even wearing a name badge I asked him for help he said to me I must go and wait by the credit desk he is gonna page the person responsible, then I went to the desk I waited about 30 minutes and he was standing watching TV he never even moved to go call anyone as I went back to him he said to me they are not here yet but he never call he was just standing there staring at the TV. Then I went to the help desk he followed me and torched the phone and said they are running late. For me to come early this morning I asked at work to go apply as I was in need of the service. But they never even bothered and cared wat I wanted. Even at the help desk two guys were busy chatting to each other. I just had to walk out as I was already late for work. I arrived at the store at around 09:10 and I stud there forever without any help.
