Bad customer service

Bad experience from managers they don't know what TCF means. Bought Samsung 9kg top loader during the black Friday special due to stuff being out of stock it took 3 weeks to get the stuff went there today to collect however know am given the wrong machine instead of a Samsung top loafer they giving me a 8 kg defy machine which I don't like the guy who sold the machine is not willing to assist me even the manager is not helpful been given a bad attitude and they made a mistake on their side not willing to rectify it i want the machine that i paid for a Samsung 9kg not defy....
