bad customer service

Am not impressed with GAME VINCENT PARK at all, their service is beyond worse. Whenever there's a special, you must know you won't find a lot of the adverstised items there because they are always "out of stock". Today i wanted to buy some of the items that were on special for the one day Heritage sale, but guess what ? They were out of stock as always. Am just confused becoz i don't know whether they running a business or a circus there. On the 2nd of this month i went there to buy an ironing board that was on special but as always they didn't have it, they took my details down and said they'll let me know when they get stock, but up until today that ironing board is still out of stock. That store annoys the hell out of me and makes me angry at the same time, that is not how you're supposed to treat customers or run a business, that's if they are running a business i just don't know.
