Bad Customer Service

A very bad service I received at Game Centurion Mall. I bought a washing machine in April which was meant to be delivered at the store on the 18th of May and we were meant to be contacted on arrival. We were not contacted on the day they said it will be available, we went to the store to go find out why have we not be contacted. Only to the told by the salesman (Edwin Ndou) who sold the machine to us that it has been sold to someone else. We paid for something that was sold to someone else and was told the the machine is out of stock! I am very disappointed with the kind of service they give to their customers. They are very *********** and unprofessional. They give the worst service ever!
