Bad customer service

I bought washing machines at game on line on the 26 June and they told me it will be delivered within 10-14 days then on the 6th I received an email that my parcel was leaving the warehouse and it's on it way to me but I didnt receive it then after 2 days I called them and sent them an email which they rep**** that I must wait 4 10-14 days so I waited then on the 14 I called them coz it was over 14 days and I spoke to some guy named Dene who tried to call the warehouse to find out what was going on but he said they were not answering so he said he was escalating the matter and that he will get back to me but he didnt then I sent them another email yesterday asking what was going on where was the hold but noone responded so I called them 2day and they were hanging up my calls after several calls a lady answered Sbongile who said there was something she didnt understand and that she needed to login in another system and that I hold which I for almost an hour she didnt come back then I sent them another email which noone responded to iam so disappointed with the service I got 4rm game I paid them there money plus delivery but they can't even call or send and email to tell me we're is the hold on my parcel
