Bad customer service

Good day Sir/madam

I was not happy with the service I received from a cashier Tokologo kekana 188375. Upon arrival by the till she was not wearing her name tag, I had to see her name through a till slip after she was done helping me, secondly after scanning our groceries I thought she would help me pack the groceries nicely in a plastic bag but she rep**** with an attitude by saying "you should help yourself hence the que is long and you youth people you like being difficult"

How am I being difficult whereas I'm a customer who doesn't even know which products should I pack with? I put all the stuff in a one bag and left the till hence she was so irritated when I started asking if she ever done a customer service training in her life, cause what I've saw I don't think she did training.

I really felt small with how she rep**** I guess if she done customer service training and always wearing a name tag I guess I wasn't going to write this email.
