Bad customer service

Game store Jubilee mall Mxm sies the worst service, accounts RCS other game stuff just look at us, they don’t even ask how they can help, only when I asked they say the lady is working alone not my problem then she is on lunch for 1hour 30min we have to wait everything must stop I am somaar settling my account and closing it. Bathong when she finally comes they are offline.
