Bad customer service

<p>Myself and my dad went to Game in Hammanskraal to buy a TV. The sales guy asked for my ID to check my Tv license on the system. He then made a copy of my ID and gave us a form to go pay. After we paid , we went back to the desk to fetch the Tv. The lady at the credit desk told us the guy went to the back he will be back to give us the TV. My dad then asked her if she could make a copy of our slip, Mmamothabo (the same lady at the credit desk) then said she doesnt make copies. My dad then told her they just made a copy of my ID, she then said that's your business i dont make copies. My dad then told her he wants to speak to the manager, she then said go call her yourself. I was so shocked, she even said she doesnt work for Game she works for RCS we must sort ourselves out. We went to the supervisor and told her what happened, the supervisor called her and she denied everything and said we didnt greet her. The supervisor told her what she did was wrong, Mmamothabo started shouting at us and left. She is very disrespectful and doesnt care about customers.</p>
