Bad customer service

<p>Hi</p> <p>We recently received a stramm circular saw from games liberty mall store in pietermaritzburg as a gift in April this year when we opened to use it it was sparking we don't have a receipt since it was a gift but we know when it was purchased as well as around what time. We took it back and was refused to be refunded or sent in for repairs which we will be liable to pay which is utter nonsense because we purchased it from games now it's sparking and we must pay additional repair fees or we just throw it in the bin! And I'm sure that url can go back on ur system and check it's not like we robing url.</p>
