BAD Customer Experience Game BELA BELA

I bought a treadmill at Game Bela Bela, 2018/08/03 for the amount of R7999-00. I bought it for my daughter (13 years old) in order to prepare for the athletic season. On 2018/12/19 I took it back to the same store as it had cracked in the middle of the running board.Totally unacceptable as it was barely four months old and had barely been used. Today 2019/01/17 the treadmill is still standing in the store and we have been unable to use it. This is the worst service I have received from Game,No feedback and nothing has been done to assist us.
