Bad customer Experience at game wonderpark

What a bad service I received at game Store at wonderpark in Pretoria North, it was 18:45 15 minutes they close as they close at 7 to buy TV as my TV has been acting up and finally went off when I got home from work, okay then I had to wait for my husband to get home so we quickly go and buy 1, and we walked in to the shop and staff members who works at that department were busy switching off TV's as they were about to close . Then okay we got there and checked and there is a Telefunken TV on promotion that we liked and no one attended to us rather they were too busy doing things and we didn't even know who to approach as they all seemed very angry and they guy said to us sorry we are going home we can't help you who do you think you are walking into the shop when it's about to close and whilst busy attacking us like that one of the guy there was laughing like we some stupid people who didn't know what we want or perhaps maybe who can't talk back as someone is busy making a fool of us and standing there helpless whilst they were laughing at us not helping us

The guy working there who is a bit fat and okay we were just forced to leave with no TV

Bad customer service very very bad

People should be trained on how to treat customers and how to talk to customers and again how to respect them

As long as I walked to the shop still opened then should I not buy what I want?

Why didn't they tell us not to enter the shop as they don't help customers when they about to close Now we at home with no TV because of bad attitude towards customers that I believe must be retained by providing excellent service

Its just unfortunate we were chased out of the shop I would have liked to have a chat with the person in charge because they might not be aware of such things happening to their customers
