Bad customer experience at Game Store at the Fourways Male

A teller by the name of Mamakhloa Mokoane disrespected an elderly African woman in a very degrading manner. This happened in front of me as I was waiting to be assisted.

The incident: The African woman came to the till to pay for the heater, however, she did not come to the till with heater with her because she thought that she needed to first pay before taking the heater. In response, the teller distespectfully sent the elderly lady back and without any hesitation, she called the next customer who happened to be a white male. I was so surprised by the change of behavior by the teller as she became so professional and willing to assist the white customer. The teller greeted the man with a smile, which she did not do when assisting the elderly lady. After the transaction, the teller thanked the male customer.

After the white male was gone, the elderly lady returned to complete her transaction. After all was done, the teller did not thank the elderly lady.

I was disturbed by such unprofessional behavior. This is unacceptable!
