Bad customer experience at Game N1 City

I went to Game in cape town N1city while I was on my 30 minutes break to get something to eat. Went to the Deli and bought 10 ****tail pies which she told me they cost R30.27. I went to the till to pay and saw R65 on my receipt. I asked the till operator Simone Labahn why I was being charged R65 whereas I was told they cost R30.27. She gave me attitude and told me to go to customer services. I went back to the Deli and the lady there said Simone was supposed to know that they dont cost R65.00. There was another sicker for R30.27 on the plastic bag so she took out the R65 one. Went back to Simone, gave me attitude and told me to go to customer service. Went to customer service and was told she could have voided the wrong amount. The nice lady at customer services came with me to the till were Simone was working and asked her nicely to assist me with the voiding and give me back my change. Simone still gave me attitude and did not apologize. I am very angry because my 30 minutes break was wasted at Game because of Simone and had to go back to work and work without eating.
