Bad Customer Care At Game in King Williams Town

I bought a cellphone online from Game on 21 June 2023. Saturday 1 July the phone battery is not charging. I take the dead phone to Game in King Williams Town and they refused to assist because its an online purchase (it didnt come from their store). What nonsense is this?? I then reported this to customer care online. I'm now (6 July) waiting for a courier to collect the phone. Looks like I'm gonna spend a week or 2 or more without the phone.
