BAD CUSTOMER CARE AND EXPERIENCE BY MR KHUZWAYO

I bought ****gy rug last year October 2019 at Game Store Mthatha Circus Triangle, it was the last one without a price tag but they manage to search the price i paid 900.00 if not 999.00 but to my surprise this year after 1 wash in March it was torn something like dry cement came out of it, i went to Game during lock down someone said i must come back when the curve is flattened because their suppliers are closed, In May i went back line manager by the name Victor Khuzwayo was called to answer me he said i should have looked at washing instructions of the mat before i wash which were not there in the first place so they wont change the mat nor give me my money back so money went down the drain as i cant use the mat anymore.
