Bad Customer Care

N1CITY BRANCH: Extremely unhelpful - my husbands birthday is the 5th February and he got a Magneto Torch light. I was bought some time in January 2021. Unfortunately the buyer of the gift does not have the slip.

The lady in customer care told me she cant help as i must have a slip ( it was a gift), and then she said the lights have a 6 month warrenty only but on the website it clearly states 1 year.

Please advise as this is some awful service.
