Bad customer care
Brought a Hisense fridge on the 28th of October 2024 but the bottom freezer door the rubber is not sticking went to the store to report I was told it’s not they problem because I brought it online the branch is festival game went as far as writing a email however there was no response I wrote the email on the 4th of November still no response

I regret to inform you that the damaged rubber seal on your freezer door is indeed considered an accessory and unfortunately, it doesn't fall under the warranty. However, I would like to assure you that this doesn't mean we can't help you rectify the problem. As suggested, you can purchase a replacement rubber seal from stores like Makro or Builders. If you're finding difficulty in sourcing the part or need help with installation, please do let us know. I also want to apologize for the service you received from our staff at Game Festival Mall, as that is not the experience we want you to have.
