Bad Cudtomer service

I went to Game Eastgate to buy a phone on 2018-01-13 my sim were not Ricad the Guy who was wearing vodacom shirt he tried to assist me but he could not sign into the system he keep on calling the one for Game but he never come to sign foe Vodacom Guy .i went again on the14th of Jan to rica the phone because it was not working i foung a young lady there she was helping me Sarah Mokitle came with a couple and said to the lady assist my customer the young kady left me and help the couple .I explin her that i was here yesterday to buy a phone but it is not Ricad "she said why" i said i do mot know maybe you can adk your collegue she said u musttell him to Rica your phone and i ask her where he is she she doesnt know , i asked for store manager she the at the front i went to look for manager own my own .Sarah she was very rude and her attitude it is mot acceptable for customer and she throw the phone on me and i left to find the store manager
