Bad credit record

I am very disappointed 😔 with Game. I have been a customer for a long time and have never been in arrears. I pay my account consistently so and on time. To my surprise I was handed over as a bad paying customer. I called them for an explanation as to what happened and couldn't get an answer. Now I have to run around making calls and sending proof to TransUnion that I don't owe or my account is in good status. My good name with a good credit record has been *****ed by Game for no reason. Very very disappointed.
