BAD COMPANY

I bought a TV at game stores Centurion and paid for the extended warranty. The TV is now blank and still switching on with sound but they are unable 2 assist. When I paid the extended warranty, I was informed that they will be able to assist with my ID number only. Now that I have moved places and lost my receipt. Game is unable to assist with my ID.
