Bad client service and attitude

<p>I was at Game Secunda to buy a dish washer. The Telefunken that I bought also at game is not work and cannot let it repair because Telefunken seem not to be in SA any more. Firstly I couldn’t find a sales person. Have wait and asked to call a sales person. He was not very helpful and friendly although his name is Friendly. They do not have in stock. Blame the supplier again. I was willing to buy the demo but asked if there will be a discount. He said he think R100. I asked him to confirm that and if the packing is still in the store. He calls the floor manager. Waiting …..waiting. When finding the sales person again and asked if the manager is on her way he said I must go and talk to her at the info desk. O my man she had an attitude no client service at all. I asked then for the manager. O my goodness – his attitude is the same and also no client s****s. The two managers to be an example to their staff with that attitude to their clients. That is one of my reasons not to support game Secunda anymore. The second thing is that it is always a struggle to get trollies. In future I will go to Macro at Carnival City.</p> <p> </p>
