Bad client service
2weeks ago I phoned Game stellenbosch to tell them that my brand new Defy washer and dryer is making a very load noise.The store Manager said that she will get someone to call me back to assist me.Till this day,I am waiting for this call.I am to scared to use the machine. I PAID R8999 for this machine that is now only standing in my kitchen. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS.They got their money and the client has a machine that is not working correctly

14 Dec 2023, 00:04Finally Game ,got defy to replace my wash and dryer today.But this one is also making a loud noise ,not as much as the previous one.I don't know anymore.Most reviews are saying that the machine is normally quiet.My old 15 year old washing machine is quite then this new Defy machine
