BAD CLIENT SERVICE

On Wednesday 22.04.2015 my mom called Games Westgate to query the price of a SAMSUNG Core and if they had any avail. She spoke to Lerato, who informed her that the price was R1200.00 and that there was not stock. Later the afternoon my mom went to Games Westgate and was attended to by the same lady Lerato at the cell phone department. The Samsun Core was in stock but Lerato then informed my mom that the price is R2000.00 and she basically kept insisting that she needs to take insurance out if she purchases the phone through game. Lerato also kept insisting that in order to get the phone my mom had to take out a contract. My mom then informed Lerato that it was she who phoned earlier and that is not what was told to her over the phone. A manager from Games Westgate contacted my mom yesterday after lodging a complaint with them. Apparently Lerato is not a sales agent for their cell phone department but for their Cell phone Insurance only. WHY THEN IS THIS WOMAN ASSISTING CLIENTS. The manager was not very helpful at all. I must say this is not the first incident experienced at GAME STORES. Your service is pathetic and your staff are the most unfriendly and unhelpful bunch of people.
