BAD BAD SERVICE...GAME PAARL

Dear Game Store Paarl,

My mother Lay-byed a swimming pool last year for her grandson. When she came to the store in Paarl in the week before Christmas the sold the Lay-byed item.

Since then nobody from the shop has contact my mother, she has to go to them and still nothing. This is a disgrace that you let a over 60year old women come to the shop over and over again. You don't even make a plan to communicate to her.

It has been several weeks, I can't even explain the disappoint that I'm feeling, the whole thing is putting stress on my mother because she had to explain to her grandson that he doesn't have a prezzie for Christmas.

I expect the delivery of this item as soon as possible and you can give my mother a gift for all the stress you out her through.

All this is utterly disappointed

Know after months of no reply nothing no call, THEY SAY WE RECEIVED THE POOL....IM EXTREMELY UPSET
