Bad bad service

If I could give a review it will be 0. Bought so much things there but when parts are missing of one machine then they only tell you, it is optional and you have to buy it. After waiting 1 hour for some one to come and help even the manager was not willing to. They are so quick to take money but when it comes to services this is completely unacceptable. They could not explain properly what needs to be done they where not willing to help a person at all and they even were rude towards me. I then just turned around and walked before I burst in flames and then things would have been said... This is the most pathetic place to shop.
