BAD BAD EXPERIENCE GAME KEYWEST

i visited game keywest this morning and took a pamphlet with from president hyper big 60 birthday sale. There is a jvc tv 40 inch at president for r2999 and game has the same tv for 3999. Because game has the beat any price i thought the i could purchase it with my game card. First i was told they do not beat birthday deals and was told to come back as i said i wanted the print out of the deals that says no birthday deals count. i went back and was told i can get the tv for 2999. I go back in my lunch get my tv license approoved and was told to go to the till. Then there was no one who new how to do the beat the price deal. Then the next minute a gentlemen comes from know where and tells me they dont beat birthday deals. Theni was told to go back to the lady who assisted me and the next minute the so called manager sonia mkhencle came out of know where and said they do not beat birthday deals. on line there is no where where it says they exclude birthday deals from other stores. I have a game card and have never been ill treated like this and i can get the names of each person as i work in the same mall keywest.
