Bad Bad experience at GAME WESKUSMALL VREDENBURG

Awful experience at GAME STORE WESKUSMALL,Bought a Ozark Gazebo and tested it,upon closing to of the panels broke off due to 2 *****s that was not righted properly,returned the item and was met by a rude store Manger Siyahemba Buyani who told me I'm lying when I told him I haven't used it yet and that is how it broke as the seil,rope etc were all still in their bags closed,didn't even put the seil cover over well I asked if I can atleast get another FRAME never did I ask for a new gazebo or my money back,the GAZEBO is a week old and under guarantee and he said no they gonna fix it by putting panels on that's at the back,so now I have a gazebo with old panels and a bad experience after spending 1200r on it.
