Bad Bad customer service

On the 26th of December 2021 I laybuyed a whirlpool washing machine and a microwave, my lay buy was due to expire on the 25 April 2022, today the 10th of April I went to game soshanguve crossing yo take out my laybuy to my surprise the sales person who was assisting me told me the y sold my whirlpool washing machine to another customer, I didn't wanna argue with them so we agreed on a Defy washing machine they said to me they had to refund then I'm good to go , I was asked to go to the collection and delivery area at the back , the mistreatment I got at the back was so bad I cannot compare it to anything, after waiting for 2 and half hours outside In a very cold weather they tell me I can't have my washing machine, because of hanging funds apparently my money is not reflecting, I waited 2 and a half hour , I felt stripped naked, degraded and **** to , I wanna lay buy a fridge but I'm scared game service is not professional the same thing happened to my sister at some game store she lay buyed However when she came to collect her fridge was not there they sold it .
