BAD BAD BAD UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE

Really not happy with you guys ,you guys you do not know what is customer service you have no respect for your customers , i did an order online on the 23 November 2018 and you promised delivery 3-5 working days .27 November i was sent and email that my order is shipped and will be getting it soon ...now is 8 days and still i haven't received anything sent the email 30 November and was only give this ref no 11466 and to date no one has responded ,i made means to call today and all i get is another excuses that the latest date of delivery will be Monday ...why does the website say 3-5 working days yet i must get my order why must i get my order after 2 weeks ...please refund me back i will take hard earned money elsewhere ..
