BAD BAD BAD SERVICE.......TERRIBLE
Terrible, how can one wait for a washing machine for a month. I explained to the guy that it as urgent as my current one broke and i need to use the new one urgently.
You guys promised to deliver within 4-5 days, that did not happen. I went to check on you as no one was calling to update! you guys made a promise again that you failed to keep, no one called again!!!! i went back and i was promised that the delivery will be made on the 15th of April, still nothing and nobody bothers to call!!!
After a month of buying my washing machine with GAME SOUTH GATE i'm still waiting.

Please close off this query you have failed me as your customer, you even failed to just help with such a small query! I am closing my account off, i feel sorry for RCS for doing business with you, they are just throwing their business into a ******* bin that no ones takes care of but it gets pilled up with ******* each and everyday and stinks at the end!!!!!!!!!!!
