I have purchased a washing machine two weeks back with reference [Ref JK67] which i mistakenly selected wrong address, then I wanted to change the address which was registered with my game online profile then I was told I won't be helped since my location is out of radius for free delivery. I asked for the free delivery Term's and Conditions which they failed to provide.

I opted for the order cancelation and a refund which I'm not getting helped and every consultant comes with excuses and arrogancy.
