BAD BAD BAD AFTER SALE SERVICE EXTREMELY POOR.

I purchased a Hisense 50" Television at Game stores Johannesburg Joubert street on the 14/03/18. The Television has all audio but no longer has picture. I sent an email to ********** attaching my proof of payment and indicating the t.v problem on the 02/10/18. I got feedback from a Santie Van Aswegen on the day attached was a service/repair request form. I was too fill the document in game stores i did so on the 03/10/18 upon my arrival at game stores i spoke to a gentlemen by the name of Kgotso who is supposedly the Hisense Rep within the Store he advised that the document was null and void and he would be taking care of my problem i have been since given the run around and the communication between myself and him is putrid because i have to keep asking for feedbac**** it is never the other way around. I am extremely disgruntled at the fact that when purchasing the t.v everything went smoothly however now when i have an issue with the product my issue seems to have fell on deaf ears. If you guys will not do anything about it SAY SO and direct me in a manner that would provide assistance personally i will never ever purchase an electrical appliance from GAME STORES again! and i will be sure to advise my friends and family to do the same.
