Not sure why there is still a game

Poor service, when to canal walk on Saturday, for an item which are on sale, they told me they don't have, I ask the guy if he can call the other stores he was making like he called game N1, I when to N1 myself, the lady said only Kenilworth had the sale item I ask her for a raincheck she told me they do raincheck on blackfriday sale. I'm calling Kenilworth Game since yesterday and still today *** and *** no answer, is that how customers is being treated, poor poor poor
