BAD ATTITUDE OVER THE PHONE
I called Game stores to ask why they gave the courier company a midnight black Samsung Galaxy a3 midnight black colour as opposed to the white. She gave me so much attitude even in the way she greeted me. I was so unhappy because she even argued and didnt want to give me her name. I am a regular customer and im furious to be receiving such treatment. I am highly disappointed by such conduct and I do not appreciate it all.
