Bad attitude of Manager

Game Stores does not respect their pensioner clients. I complained about the poor treatment I got when Game made a mistake with my card. A woman called me and I told her I had recorded the conversation. She phoned me back and was very abrupt and said she viewed the footage and couldn't find me!!! I gave her the time I was there and till number that I paid at. She didn't even apologise to me. Instead she defended her staff and said she had spoken to all her staff who was involved in this incident!!! Will the guilty party say or admit Yes, i wronged this woman. Or yes, we made a mistake. Instead she kept implying I was a ****. I asked her if she was not going to get back to me and her attitude was: for what... you can send me an email. I told her she hadn't even given me her email address! She is just too unconcerned about my plight, and didn't seem to see any fault that Game made, but kept making me feel stupid and small. Game, you don't honour your promises and you are not interested in resolving issues. You are only interested in defending you lazy staff!!!! I am outraged. Kogila Chetty really doesn't respect old people and wants to make her staff out to be angels and demonise me.
