Bad attitude from one of the team that was supposed to help us

Yesterday I took my TV to game jabulani as it went blank, I've been helped by Hope very well, he checked my TV then he told me they will send it for assessment we can go to customer service, the lady at customer service helped me after signing the papers for repair, she asked me to go back to Hope to remove the legs on the TV, when I arrive at TV section Hope was busy on the line, there was a lady she was not wearing her name tag, she ask me, can i help, i rep**** yes at customer service they send me to Hope to ask him to remove the legs on the TV, she said to me why i didn't remove it from home and is my TV not for her, i said to her why are so rude, she said she is a Zulu is the way they talk to,we argue there, likely the old man came an take me away from that lady we went to back to customer service ,I wanted to call the store manager but the way i was so upset and hurt, i ask my self what did I do wrong to her, my name is Grace, my contact number is ********** 243
