Bad attitude by a useless manager

I bought a chest freezer last night at game menlyn. My friend that helped me with a bakkie had an unforseen delay so I had to wait for him. When he phoned me hes on his way I went to collect my freezer and wanted to wait 5 - 10min in the parking lot just outside. The sales guy couldnt cause hes the only one there in the department. I asked the manager to send someone else. He said he cant cause hes understaffed. Meanwhile there are about 8 staff members in the electronics area dancing to music and having a ball. He refused to let me wait outside cause I'm going to take his trolley. The manager had an extremely bad unhelpful attitude and had absolutely no control over his staff. I dont want anything from them, I wont go back to buy anything there, this is just a warning to anyone thinking of getting anything there. be careful
