Bad attitude and wrong pricing

I was looking to purchase a Samsung uhd led 55 inch television. The television was placed by a sign which had a price of R9500.00. When looking to purchase the television I was then told that the television is R15000.00 . When I brought this to the managers attention he was rude, abrupt, arrogant and not helpful at all. He told us we can go to another outlet and go to Game South Africa and do what we want. He did not try to help and assist us in anyway and made it very clear that customer service is not a priority in his store. He made no effort whatsoever to assist and help with the situation. He clearly stated that we can go somewhere else to purchase a television. I have a picture with the television by the price. He withdrue a discount after the junior manager had tried to assist us with.
