BAD ATTITUDE AND SERVICE FROM EMPLOYEE ricky FROM TV SECTION

I would like to share my disappointment at a Game stores employee, His name is Ricky from Kimberley. i CAME TO gAME ON sUNDAY TRYING TO BUY TWO TVS THAT WERE ON SALE THE 32"hd Smart Hisense. We were told with a bold smile that the tvs were out of stock. We came back to the store on Monday to double check if the stock has arrived but we were told it has not, due to our high interest in these tvs we asked if are they not available anywhere close to kimberley for example Bloemfontein, Welkom, Bethlehem etc. we were told a very proud NO. its as if this employee was happy that we will not be getting this deal, but when i checked for myself on the system i was able to find them in bloemfontein. And i have now went to bloemfontein to purchase them. As a game card owner and regular client im deeply disappointed that game has the kind of employees who are excited when a customer can not find a specific product. This is truly disappointing indeed. I hope you one day, improve Mr Ricky from Game Stores at Nortjh Cape Mall.
