Bad attitude and failing to meet my expectations

Game Chris hani crossing has bad service, I bought a phone last week on Monday but they gave me without a sim card and they never told me, I then went back and the lady who was serving me just said they are offline and I must come back again without any apology. I then went back on the 10October2017 to check on the sim card and another lady told me that the promotion has ended thinking Im stupid and I told her that actually it's not yet over (telling her the end date of the promotion) she then makes a stupid excuse telling me that the sim cards havent arrived at the shop. Poor service.
