Bad attitude and customer care

<p>On Friday the 2nd of Dec 2016, I went to your Southgate branch to buy a dishwasher, the lady that helped me, aunty joyce, went all out to assist, all her efforts were spoilt by the cashiers. While waiting in queue to make my payment, there was a lady paying for her groceries at the appliances till, which was the first wrong thing, secondly one of the employees shot right to the front of the queue and stood there with his groceries, cause they knew the white man in front of me was going to complain, they decided to stop capturing the groceries and helped the white guy, as soon as he was off-site, they continued capturing the groceries with no care, and then helped their colleague while we stood on the queue. My complains went to deaf ears, they just ignored me. They knew it was wrong for people to use the appliaces tills to pay for their groceries but what made me upset is they can prioritize the white man, they should do like wise to all of us and is the staff superior to all of us? I left a report with the assistant store manager to no avail</p>
