Bad Attitude

Hi Just received terrible pathetic service from Game Keywest Mall,took a PS 4 game and the other guy ask us to go to TV department and the black lady wearing a Wig asked the black short guy if they have a Disc,she then told us to go,pay and come back to her they'll give us the Disc.we did as told and we waited while she was assisting other customer and she was fiddling with her phone while at it,after helping that customer she stood up didn't say a word to us and left us there and go chat to her Collegue.another tall black guy asked if we have been assisted and what are we looking for when we told him we are waiting for the lady to give us disc he politely told us to go to another guy that will give us the Disc the same guy that told the Lady that they have a disc in stock. after getting our Disc i went and asked that lady why she left us without saying a word while she told us we will get the disc after paying. she just gave me a vaque response that the guy was suppose to come and help us.

I've never experience this at Game Cradlestone. i waisted my family precious time waiting for terrible customer service.
