Bad Attitude

On Friday 07 December round about 12:30 I was at Game in Middelburg mall. We went directly to the cellphone department where about 4 game workers were standing chatting. When I asked if they can help us with a Vodacom cellphone contract upgrade thy stated the we must go on the other side. So went to the "other side" and waited….and waited. Eventually a lady asked if she can help and my husband explained that we wants to upgrade his contract but does not want a phone but rather a voucher. She rep**** by saying that they did not receive the updated booklets yet, so I went onto MY OWM cellphone and looked up the booklets that was uploaded and showed her what we wanted. While standing there she starts helping her colleague with another client letting us stand there and wait AGAIN, eventually when she returned, uncertain how to do her Job she called another lady Sibongile who absolutely clearly did not want to help us according to her attitude. I asked her about a deal I saw in the booklet that ended that day and she stated very rude that is was a Business package, so I said but I am sure that it did not say that but if they have any other deals. Again very rudely said NO we have no deals on the package that we wanted and even arrogantly pointed out to me in the booklet that it is for Business, so I asked what the difference is. Again very rudely saying, you can only buy under your business. I turned around and said to my husband that we are clearly not getting service here so lets go to Vodacom shop and I said to her thank you for the poor assistance and walked away. She looked at me and LAUGHED in my face…. WHO THE HELL DOES SHE THINK SHE IS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so angry at GAME for appointing such PATHETIC employees with NO manners at all. Unfortunately this is not my first bad experience at Middelburg Mall Game, a few weeks back I bought an gas braaier from them as well and waited 3 hours for the guy to wrap the display unit also PATHETIC! You are wasting my time, and TIME is MONEY.
