Bad attitude

5 day back we went to Game in town to return a TV,she we got to customer service the clerk there was on her phone and seemed annoyed to see us .after a few minute she came with out greeting us and she did not even have a name badge on. She told me she is going to call a manager, I waited all most an hour before that manager can come. Because of her attitude I have a good mind to close my account. She is rude and very unprofessional.
