Bad and Poor Service from Game part of the Massstores (pty) Ltd

Bad service from Game Westgate Shopping Centre, to summarise the story i brought a samsung A20 device for repairs on the 16th of March 2020 and they didn't dispatch it to their technicians. i went on the 08/06/2020 to do a follow up regarding my phone then they gave me a voucher of 2799.00 cause then, the phone was costing 2799.00 and now the phone price has increased to 3299.00 and the Game from west gate doesn't have this phone but Game from Jabulani mall has this phone and now they want me to pay extra R500.00 and its not my fault that they decided to increase prices for their devices.
