Bad and Poor service by Game store online

On 24 November 2022, i ordered something online at game , and they promised to deliver it between 3 to 7 days. Even today I'm still waiting for my parcel. I keep on calling them everyday but they dnt help me.I can't even track my parcel . They keep on promising to call me back but not. Please keep away from purchasing something online at game. Their service is bad and poor.
