Bad and pathetic service

Pathetic seriously i ordered and paid for a Defy twin tub online on tuesday the 25th with free delivery between 2-5days, i recieved an sms the same day to say it was collected and dispatched to the depo for the courier comapant. And ill recieve it by 27July 2023 according to the tracking number. I was assisted by Bradley from the begining and was told that when i get the delivery date i must call back and he will arrange the delivery time as i work all day and want to be home to recieve my parcel. So we arranged for last night the 27th at 18:00pm and 18:30pm the latest. Today the 28th i call the courier to find out what was the delay and they tell me my parcel was never collected at the store and its not their problen i must sort it out with Game. I go online and go to chat feature and after having Jaylene call the store and confired yes they never dispatched the machine its still at game wonderpark, she never called me like she said she would but instead stayed on the chat feature which just agrivated me even further resolting in me fighting with her and loosing my temper i have a copy of that chat and WILL POST IT IN NEW PAPAERS AND SOCIAL MEDIA IF I HAVE TO BUT I WANT RESULTS ON MY machine that i paid for that was never delivered in the time frame they promised me
